By relying on a sale deed dated 02.02.2011 in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted an online application for subdivision and patta transfer.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for subdivision and issuance of patta 2/4

within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
