J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The only ground on which the approval of the appointment of the first respondent / writ petitioner was withheld was that there was inter se dispute in the management of the School and there was an order of injunction restraining further appointments. However, the writ petition relating to the inter se dispute has been disposed of directing the claimants to take turns of the management of the School. Admittedly, none of the claimants, who have taken turns of the management of the School, had raised any dispute regarding appointment of the first respondent. The existence of the vacancy and the fact that prior approval was given were also not denied. In view of the same, we do not see any error in the order passed by the Writ Court directing the appellants to approve the appointment of the first respondent. Hence, this writ appeal fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [R.S.M., J.] [L.V.G., J.] 06.06.2023 NCC :
