This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 167 of 2012 on the file of respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No. 167 of 2012 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed through online vide E-filing No.LTN20220001540C202400149 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipati and the same is pending for taking cognizance. 3.Since the charge sheet has been filed it is for the concerned Judicial Magistrate to pass appropriate order on the final report filed by 2/4

the respondent police. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands closed.
