ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.05.2021 to the second respondent or any other police official in CSR.No.77 of 2021, now pending before the third respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.77 of 2021 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on 26.11.2022. He would further submit that since it is a civil dispute between the parties, they have decided not to proceed further. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised, before the jurisdictional Court. 03.01.2023 NCC :
