O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed, seeking direction to the 2nd respondent and his personnel, not to harass or ill treat the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute.

2. A complaint is given by the third respondent against the petitioner, stating that over the use of pathway, trouble arose between the parties. On the particular date of occurrence, this petitioner alleged to have caused criminal intimidation and abused the third respondent, so the complaint was given by the third respondent against the petitioner.

3. Since it is the allegation of criminal intimidation and abuse, let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it is the second complaint given by the third respondent for the very same set of facts.

5. The file does not indicate the similar complaint and that closure report also. If it is so, let the above said information be furnished by the petitioner to the second respondent. So that they can take further action in this regard.

6. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
