JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2.It is not in dispute that the case on hand is squarely covered by the order dated 01.12.2023 made in W.A.(MD)Nos.520 of 2023 etc batch. Aggrieved by the same, the State filed S.L.P Nos.2451 to 2455 of 2024. The Hon'ble Supreme Court decline to interfere vide order dated 19.02.2024. We do not find any merit in this writ appeal and it stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
