ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents and their officials not to harass the petitioners unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the FIR in Crime No.741 of 2022 has been registered on 07.12.2022 against the petitioners 2 and 5, for the offences under Sections 427 and 506(1) IPC. He would further submit that there is no petition or no enquiry pending against the petitioners 1, 3 and 4 herein. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
