The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.94 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram, and transfer the same to Family Court, Madurai.

2.Despite notice being served through Court and privately on the respondent and the name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, HMOP.No.94 of 2022 is transferred from the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram to Family Court, Madurai. The Family Court, Madurai, shall endeavour to complete the proceedings preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
