ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No. 513 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police, after completion of investigation in Crime No.513 of 2021, filed a charge sheet before the PCR Court, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on file in S.C.No. 154 of 2022.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
