ORDER
This writ petition has been field for a direction, directing the third respondent to forward the application submitted by the petitioner seeking citizenship of India on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioner has submitted an application seeking citizenship of India before the third respondent. It was kept pending asking some queries, even after compliance through online by the petitioner, by producing certain documents, it is still pending on the file of the third respondent. 3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to forward the application submitted by the petitioner seeking citizenship of India before the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
4.with the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
