This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). No.16445 of 2023, dated 12.09.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, police.
