Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities)Amended by Act 1 of 2015 to set aside the order of the learned Special Court for trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases ,(FAC),Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No.3247 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023 and enlarge the petitioner/appellant/sole accused on bail in crime No.303 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. M.Jegadeesh Pandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. K.Sanjay Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.916 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD).No.916 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
