Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act,2015,to set aside the order of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai in Crl.MP.No.3060/2023 dated 3/10/2023 and enlarge the petitioners/appellants/accused no.1 to 3 on bail in Crime No.198/2023 on the file of R1 police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Jegadeesh Pandian, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. K.Sanjay Gandhi, For R1 & R2, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.917 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 2/4

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.917 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
