2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of O.A.No.5 of 2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if any of the party seeks for adjournment, disabling the respondent to conclude the proceedings within the said period, the same will not amount to violation of the order of this Court. 3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
