Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.S.VAIGUNTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner dated 22.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10980 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10980 of 2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the first petitioner has complied the conditions for 72 days and the second petitioner has complied with the conditions for 85 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the condition has been properly complied with by the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10980 of 2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
