This application is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12160 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17670 of 2024, dated 14.11.2024. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.12160 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17670 of 2024, dated 14.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
