Respondent/Tenant PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Court/Rent Controller, Sathankulam to dispose of E.P.No.7 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2014 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 13.02.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Sathankulam in D.No.837/2023, dated 09.09.2023, seeking further extension of six months time to dispose the E.P.No.7 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathankulam, this Court made the following order:- " Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 13.02.2023, directed the District Munsif, Sathankulam (Rent Controller) to dispose of E.P.No.7 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2014 on or before 30.06.2023.

3. The learned District Munsif, Sathankulam has submitted a requisition dated 09.09.2023 stating that delivery was ordered on 06.03.2023 and seeks six months further time to effect delivery as delivery was not effected for want of Police aid.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, three months further time is granted to dispose the E.P.No.7 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2014 from today (12.10.2023). " Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-I) // True Copy // 13/10/2023 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS ) csm 2/3
