ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer M.C.No.14 of 2012 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, to the court of Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he could not contact the petitioner and hence, he asked adjournment, in the previous hearing also, the same kind of representation has been made.

3.Considering the fact that the above case is pending from the year 2013. The request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is rejected. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
