O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 03.02.2023 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to quash the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.1620 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Pal Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the judgment in S.T.C.No.1620 of 20219 dated 07.01.2025, was pronounced by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram District, and the case ended in acquittal.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
