ORDER

This Criminal Revision is directed against the order, dated 09.09.2022 passed by the first respondent/ Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate/Revenue Divisional Officer, Nagercoil Sub Division, Kanyakumari District in M.C.No.2 of 2022 under Section 122(1)(b) r/w 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the bond period of one year from 04.05.2022 to 03.05.2023 was already over and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous. 07.06.2023 das 2/3
