Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant, dated 06.02.2020 issued against the 1st respondent in C.C.No.2631 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Tiruchirappalli within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant, dated 06.02.2020 issued against the 1st respondent in C.C.No.2631 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Tiruchirappalli.

2. From the E-court status provided by the petitioner, it is not clear that whether the bailable warrant issued against the first respondent is still in force. However, the petitioner has produced the communication issued by the learned Magistrate, dated 16.03.2023, to the second respondent herein.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to verify the status of the bailable warrant issued against the first respondent. If the warrant is still in force, the second respondent shall act upon the same in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
