This Criminal Original Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate Melur for expeditiously complete the Trial and pronounce Judgment in C.C.No. 53 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day (20.09.2018) and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court 23.03.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Letter D.No.1096 dated 01.08.2018 forwarded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in Letter D.No.2109 dated 04.08.2018, this court made the following order:- By letter dated 09.08.2018 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, has requested further time to dispose of C.C.No.53 of 2012. 2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 23.03.2018.
