Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The writ petitioner presented a partition deed for registration. His grievance is that the second respondent is neither entertained the document nor issued refusal check slip. The writ petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. The second respondent has to take call in the matter. Either he must register the document or issue the refusal check slip. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
