ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent for not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the President of Sri Karuppasamy Silambam and Folk Sports Academy, Anaiyrur. The petitioner has also registered the above said academy on 14.12.2021, under the Tamil Nadu societies Registration Act, 1975. He further submitted that when the petitioner's academy is preparing to conduct competition on 09.12.2023 and 10.12.2023, the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the second respondent Police. Thereafter, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed him. Hence, he has sent a representation to the first respondent on 06.11.2023. Since no action was taken, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is not a recognized sports academy and without proper recognition, they are proposed to conduct the said event. They are not recognized as per the order passed by this Court, in W.P.No.3447 of 2019, dated 19.01.2022 and the guidelines issued by the Government. 4.Let the second respondent may take note and advise the petitioner to get proper permission from the concerned authority. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
