Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, after making submission for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He would also submit that 1/3

the petitioner is at the advanced stage of pregnancy and has also produced the medical records to confirm the said fact.

2. In view of the said request, the petitioner's appearance before the learned Magistrate is dispensed with except when her presence is required by the learned Magistrate for the progress of the trial.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
