This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner to run 'SPA' in the name and style of 'AURA WELNESS SPA CENTRE'.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that No Objection Certificate has already been issued to the petitioner.
