Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2024 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2024. 2/5

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.89 of 2025 and on the counter complaint given by the private respondents, FIR has been registered in Crime No.88 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission, the third respondent shall conduct the investigation in both the cases following PSO 566 and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
