ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.07.2023 preferred under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall issue notice to all the interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
