ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted by the learned Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.MP.No.136 of 2021, dated 05.02.2021, for a further period of 15 days to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time is extended by another two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on condition that apart from the conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No.136 of 2021, dated 05.02.2021 passed by the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.3138 of 2023 learned Sessions Judge, Karur, the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the credit of Legal Aid Services of the concerned Court and no further extension of time will be granted in future.
