ORDER

The petitioner prays for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.62 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.371 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No LS 2/4
