O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to forbear the 3rd respondent from in anyway harassing, ill-treating or disturbing the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in connection with the tenancy disputes of the petitioner's commercial complex, namely, "K.A.S.Complex" situated at Anna Salai, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District.

2. The petitioner herein is having the resident of Kodaikanal. He filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., in which, he seeking the relief against the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the case, which was listed against the petitioner in Crime Nos. 260 of 2009, 503 of 2007 and 372 of 2013 was closed as mistake of fact. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
