This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to comply the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, in Cr.M.P.No. 18051 of 2023 to register the FIR, dated 19.06.2023. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, in Cr.M.P.No.18051 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it is found that the complaint was given by the petitioner is factually incorrect and exaggerated one. Thereafter, the complaint was closed on 08.08.2023. 3.Let the above said closure report be served upon the petitioner. He can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
