ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.30 of 2021 based on the direction issued in Sl.No.42 of 2022 dated 13.12.2022 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint of this petitioner was not taken on file and therefore he filed a private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and it was forwarded under Section 156(3) CrPC to the respondent police. The respondent police conducted investigation and closed it as mistake of fact. The petitioner filed a protest petition, wherein further investigation was ordered on 13.12.2022. Despite the same, the respondent police have not conducted further investigation on his complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) on instructions submits that as per the orders further investigation has been conducted and it has been closed as no criminal offence is made out. This report would be filed before the Court today.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 11.06.2025 DSK To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Trichy City, Trichy.
