Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. SATHISH KUMAR.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17539 of 2022, dated 30.09.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to donate/deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to any Welfare Scheme running at Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
