(MD) No. 9546 of 2021, Dated 12.11.2021 in the above main Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 12858 of 2021, Dated 16.09.2021 in Crime No. 18/2021 on the file of the DCB, Thanjavur to appear. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK KUMAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4007 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12858 of 2021, dated 04.04.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4007 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12858 of 2021, dated 04.04.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent Police as and when required on issuance of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
