Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in the above Crl.OP(MD)No.18353/2021 dt.24/11/2021, in Crime No.58/2021 on the file of DCB,Thanjavur to appear before 2 nd respondent police as and when required for interrogation instead of appearing before the 2 nd Respondent Police every Monday at 10:30 AM.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK KUMAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4008 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18353 of 2021, dated 04.04.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4008 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18353 of 2021, dated 04.04.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
