RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20276/2022 dated 18.11.2022 in Cr.No.115/2022 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS. MUTHUMALAI RAJA.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20276 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
