The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.314 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
