PRAYER IN Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12435 of 2022 :

To modify the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD).No.17864 of 2022 dated 06.10.22 and to extend that the petitioner may appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V Tirunelveli daily once at 10.30 am until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12435 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17864 of 2022, dated 18.10.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

Crl.M.P(MD)No.16480 of 2022 in 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12435 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17864 of 2022, dated 18.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, on the first working day of Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
