Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVACHANDRAN P, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15348 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul and it has been taken up for trial in C.C.No.1017 of 2022 and now the case stands posted to 28.01.2023 for appearance of the parties.

CRL MP(MD) No.16252 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15348 of 2022, dated 18.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Trial Court on 28.01.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
