Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Andipatti, to dispose of the O.S.No.94 of 2021 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.94 of 2021 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Andipatti, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the above said suit has been filed by the first respondent / plaintiff for permanent injunction without any legal justification and in view of the pendency of the suit, rowdy elements are trespassing the revision petitioner's property and threatening them. Therefore, the said suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is facing trouble at the hands of the 2/4

respondents herein, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif, Andipatti, to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Andipatti, to dispose of the said suit O.S.No.94 of 2021 on his file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
