M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12226 of 2022, dated 21.09.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12226 of 2022, dated 21.09.2022 is fully relaxed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of Madurai Bench of High Court Advocates Association (MBHAA), A/c.No.496038755, 1/3

IFSC Code:IDB000H40, Branch-High Court, Madurai, for the purpose of subscription of e-law journals.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
