This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 8 to protect the petitioner's life and limb and their properties from illegal demolition on the influence and illegal claim of the respondents 9 to 18.
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. It is seen that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 9 to 18. In pursuant to which, the respondents 9 to 18 threatened the petitioner with dire consequences and also attempted to demolish the house of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has already lodged a complaint before the second respondent and it is pending by issuance of CSR.No. 391/2024.

5. In view of the above, the seventh respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out register the case as against the respondents 9 to 18.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
