ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the accused in Crime No.161 of 2022, has already been secured and taking note of the call details, the petitioner was earlier summoned for enquiry to know whereabouts of the accused. He would further submit that since the accused was secured, they will not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
