Respondents 1 to 6 PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to give adequate police protection to fix the boundary stone and to fence the property situated in S.No.426/2A, 13A located in Periya Karpurampatti Village, Kambur Post, Melur Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2025. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to give adequate police protection to fix the boundary stone and to fence his property.

2. Admittedly, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents No.4 to 6 with regard to the property. Even according to the petitioner, he had filed a civil suit in O.S.No.187 of 2021 before the District Munsif, Melur and the said suit was decreed on 03.02.2025. It is not known whether any appeal has been filed against the said judgment.

3. Be that as it may, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents 4 to 6, it is for him to seek execution of the decree. Police cannot give any protection as prayed for by the petitioner and no direction can be issued by this Court to the police. 2/4
