ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent earlier gave a complaint against the petitioner and it was closed as the case is civil in nature. The third respondent has once again lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and the enquiry would be concluded within a period of one week.

3. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. In view of the aforesaid submission, no direction need be issued. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
