ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No.79 of 2025. 1/3

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that after conducting an investigation, Final Report is made ready and it would be filed before the concerned Court within a period of one week.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file a final report within a period of one (1) week from today.
