O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed, seeking direction to the second respondent herein to comply with the order, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.M.P. No.3967 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, and consequently direct the second respondent to register the FIR against the first respondent in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the course of enquiry, it was found that the occurrence stated to have taken place within the jurisdiction of Coimbatore.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), let the above said order be forwarded to the concerned Police officer of Coimbatore District for necessary action. After completing the enquiry, let copy of the above said enquiry report be sent to the petitioner.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the outcome of the above said enquiry, he has to appear before the concerned Court and workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Without approaching the concerned Court, this petition has been filed. 2/4

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
