PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to entrust the case registered in Crime No.296 of 2023, dated 29.08.2023 on the file of the fourth respondent Police and transfer to the third respondent for further investigation and to file final report before the concerned Jurisdictional 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, charging the accused under Section 279 IPC.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), now the matter has become infructuous. Let the copy of the above said Final Report be served to the petitioner herein. If the petitioner still aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
