Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VIJI.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20368 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken on file.

CRL MP(MD) No.16305 of 2022 report before the learned Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur from 09.01.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
